NuMyco Supplements will not be liable for allergic or adverse reactions. It is the purchasing party's sole responsibility to ensure there are no contraindications with what they intend to, or do, purchase and any medications they may be taking.
• Our products are intended for healing purposes, with sale and usage directed by recognized Native American administrators of natural and plant based medicines, and any unintended or misuse of our products falls under the sole responsibility of the using party. NuMyco Supplements and its agents will not be liable for problems having arisen from misuse, unintended use, complications, or adverse effects.

• You may return items within 30 days of purchase. Steps are as follows:

1. Contact Us: If you wish to return an item, please contact us at numycocontact@gmail.com.
2. Provide Details: Provide your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
3. Return Authorization: We’ll provide instructions for returning the item and issue a return authorization.
4. Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product).
5. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
6. Refund: If approved, we’ll process the refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. If paying using credit or debit card, allow the return to appear on your statement after 1 to 7 business days depending on your banking institution.

• If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll gladly exchange it for a new one. Contact us for assistance in this matter.
