No, unfortunately insurance companies do not currently work with naturopathic providers. However, we encourage patients to contact their insurance company after their appointment to inquire about possible reimbursement for services.
Please ensure you have paid in full before your consultation. If we haven’t received payment by the time of your scheduled consultation we will have to cancel.
To cancel or reschedule your consultation, please email us at numycocontact@gmail.com. We ask for a 24-hour notice whenever possible. If notice is not provided, your payment may be non-refundable. Any payments for rescheduled consultations will be transferred to your new appointment time.
Please join your consultation on time. If you’re not online within 10 minutes of your scheduled time, we may have to reschedule.
We ask that you fill your patient forms out before the day of your consultation.
