No, unfortunately insurance companies will not work with naturopathic providers. We do encourage patients to contact their insurance company post-appointment though to see if they can be reimbursed for services provided.

Payments must be paid in full prior to your appointment. If we have not received a payment by the time of your appointment, we will have to cancel your appointment.

We have a 24hr cancelation policy. Please call or email us to cancel your appointment. You will be billed $20 if you do not cancel within the appropriate time frame. We understand that emergencies do happen, and are willing to make exceptions in the case of a true emergency. Any canceled appointments that have been paid for and not rescheduled will be refunded in full.

Please show up to your appointment on time. If you are more than 15minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment and you will receive a $20 bill. 

We might recommend treatment during some of your appointments. These will be natural prescriptions and will be shipped to your address once we have received payment for said prescription(s). Refills can be managed on your patient portal and follow up appointments may be necessary to make sure treatment is working. Please note that we cannot write any pharmaceutical drug prescriptions. The prescriptions we offer are meant to be tailored specifically to every individual's needs and can consist of capsules, tinctures, and/or salves. All prescriptions are made and provided by NuMyco. 

We ask that you send us your filled out patient forms 48hrs before your appointment date. We will also email out a reminder at that time.
